What should I do if I find a fault with the products?

Are any purchases final sale?
We are unable to take returns if the original packaging is damaged, some or all of the product is missing and if it has been 30 days since you received it without informing us of any issues. More advice is available to you on our returns policy.
What happens if I do not receive my order?
If you do not receive your order, you must inform us about it and we will contact the courier. Once it has been handed over to the shipping company, the risk of damage or loss is the couriers liability. Please take into consideration that depending on your location geographically, it may take longer to reach you.
